Smooth on-screen movement helps ensure that you never miss a moment, thanks to the real-time 30 frames-per-second recording rate (in 720p mode). An included HDMI cable easily connects the exclusive Lorex DV700 DVR to any HD enabled TV or monitor, allowing you to view live security camera feeds, and review previously recorded security video.
Analog HD technology for plug-and-play installation
Standard siamese BNC cabling is used in the MPX842ZUW to deliver crystal clear 1080p HD video. This type of cabling provides both video and power transmission for an easy-to-install process that will have you monitoring your home or business in no time. If needed, analog HD cameras can be placed up to 800 feet away from the DVR - making this type of system ideal for securing large properties (see documentation for complete details).
Pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) security camera with 355° rotation
The exclusive MPX842ZUW features not one, but two HD 1080p PTZ cameras. It boasts 4x optical zoom (and a 16x digital zoom) to focus on the finest details and enables it to capture small and distant objects with incredible detail. Rapid 100° per second panning speed, and 355° pan rotation enables quick movement and focus. Our DV700 DVR allows for complete control of the PTZ, including setting up viewing points and scanning patterns.

Lorex’s exclusive MPX842ZUW comes with four LBV2561U HD security cameras and two LZV2622B pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) security cameras. The LBV2561U uses cutting edge infrared (IR) LEDs that provide excellent security coverage in the dark. You can see clearly up to 90ft (27m) in ambient lighting and 60ft (18m) in total darkness.
